Inspired by Taiwan's unique delicacy - Three-Cup Chicken, this dish offers a savory-sweet and non-greasy flavor profile. It incorporates the essence of Three-Cup Chicken into the sauce, with a subtle hint of basil aroma. The noodles absorb the abundant sauce, allowing you to savor the authentic Taiwanese stir-fried cuisine from the very first bite.

The fusion of Taiwan's indigenous traditional culture with Japanese cuisine, epitomized by the representative deity Mazu, serves as a belief and solace for the multitasking Taiwanese individuals. This time, we are privileged once again to collaborate with the renowned deity temple - Dajia Zhenlan Temple. These noodles are crafted using 100% Japanese-imported buckwheat flour, adhering to ten traditional Japanese methods, and undergo a process of low-temperature maturation and cold air drying techniques to lock in the flavor.
